Training course services

1. Course Overview

Our online course is designed to license security guards, offering comprehensive training and preparation for job placement. We guarantee a job placement or your money back under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Job Guarantee/ Refund Policy

We guarantee job placement for students who complete our course and pass all necessary assessments. The details of our guarantee are as follows:
  • 100% Money-Back Guarantee: If a student completes the course, passes all assessments including the interview, and does not receive a job offer, we will refund 100% of their course fee.
  • Partial Money-Back Guarantee: If a student fails to pass the mandatory training test during the interview process, demonstrating they are not qualified for the position, they will receive a partial refund of their course fee.
  • 0% Money Back: If a student is unprofessional, late to the interview, uses profanity, forgets to bring a copy of their resume etc.

3. Mandatory Training and Assessments

As part of the job placement process, students must:
  • Undergo a series of interviews with Lionguard Security Company
  • Participate in a mandatory training component during the interview process.
  • Pass the mandatory training test to qualify for job placement.
Failure to pass the mandatory training test indicates that the student is not adequately prepared to be hired as a security guard, and as such, only 50% of the course fee will be refunded.

4. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the final interview date. To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your course details and interview outcomes.

5. Eligibility for Job Guarantee

To be eligible for our job guarantee, students must:
  • Complete the entire online course.
  • Actively participate in all training sessions and interviews.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and a willingness to learn throughout the process.
  • Be able to travel to GTA locations

5.1 Compensation

Successful applicants can expect a market-competitive salary when hired; to be determined by the hiring partner upon employment.

6. Course Completion Requirements

Students must complete all assignments, quizzes, and assessments with a passing grade to be eligible for certification. Participation in all required training sessions is mandatory for course completion.

7. Attendance Policy

Students are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions. Failure to attend may result in being unable to complete the course. Rescheduling of sessions (like CPR and Use of Force) should be avoided as it may delay the certification process. A fee may apply for rescheduling more than once.

8. Use of Materials and Intellectual Property

Course materials provided are for personal use only. Reproduction, sharing, or distribution of any content is prohibited without prior written consent from Ontario Security License.

9. Code of Conduct

Professional behavior is expected during all course activities, including training and assessments. Students must arrive on time, refrain from using inappropriate language, and respect others.

10. Certification Requirements

Students are responsible for obtaining any additional certifications required by the province or employer beyond the course.

11. Limitations of Liability

Ontario Security License is not responsible for delays or failure to meet our job guarantee due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical issues, or changes in the job market.

12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Ontario Security License reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students via email or our website.

13. Force Majeure

Ontario Security License is not liable for any failure to meet its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations.

CRJMC (background check) service

1. Process

The background check service is conducted online, and includes online digital identity verification. If you cannot complete online digital verification, you may be directed to a Canada Post outlet to have your identify verified in person which may take longer than 3 days.

2. Process requirements

  • You must have two pieces of goverment issued ID, one must be Canadian.
  • Your current address must be a Canadian address
